In MOCK PRESS CONFERENCE, one along with their team can participate either as a brand/company or as a world organisation.
The world organisation or the brand will be provided by our team after the registration process.
NOTE: who in the team will play what role(PR officer, PR representative, Media) depends on the team themselves.
The event structure is as follows:
Event Structure [For companies]
Participants - PR Officer [1], Media Representative [2], Organization Representatives [(Founder, CEO, CFO, etc) 2 or 3]
Before the commencement of each press conference, the host for the event will introduce the company/organization.
1. Opening Statement (1 minute): The PR officer will deliver a new policy/product launch to set the stage for the brand's conference.
2. Media Q&A (6 minutes): Media representatives will cross-question the brand's new policy/product, testing the PR officer’s and company representatives’ communication skills and crisis management abilities.
3. International Market Crisis (3 minutes): A sudden announcement of an international market crisis will challenge the participants to think on their feet and address potential impacts on their brand and the market as a whole.
4. Closing Statement (1 minute): The PR officer will wrap up the conference, summarizing key points and leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

Event Structure For World Organizations
Participants - PR Officer [1], Media Representative [2], Organization Representatives [(Director, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, etc.) 2 or 3]
Before the commencement of each press conference, the host for the event will introduce the organization.
1. Opening Statement (1 minute): The PR officer will deliver a new policy to set the stage for the brand's conference.
2. Media Q&A (8 minutes): Media representatives will cross-question the organization’s new policy, testing the PR officer’s and organizational representatives’ communication skills and crisis management abilities.
3. Closing Statement (1 minute): The PR officer will wrap up the conference, summarizing key points and leaving a lasting impression on the audience.
